About Spark

Spark Consultants is headed
by Prakash Subbarao, a 57 year old entrepreneur who has had wide and
varied general management experience in India as well as in the Middle

was set up in 1988, gave
Bangalore its first corporate online dial-up Bulletin Board Service (BBS) in 1990, even before the
advent of internet in the country. Many Peenya organizations were members
and used to log
in to the SparkNet BBS via modem / telephone dial up and download useful information
(summarized resumes, management articles etc.) from our server.
Spark Consultants also
created another first. It distributed, completely
free of cost, a
publication known as TECHNO-SPARK. TECHNO-SPARK contained hundreds
