NetRack gearing up for expansion: Bengaluru-based NetRack
Enclosures plans to boost its growth, by increasing its presence
across India. The company has offices in all the four metros and
Pune. According to Ravi Raj, MD, NetRack, the company witnessed 100
percent growth this year, despite the economic meltdown and hopes to
maintain the growth momentum next year. He attributed the growth to
the after sales support, which Raj claimed is one of the company's
strength.
DustVen Ltd. expands production capacity: DustVen Ltd, the Bangalore-based environmental engineering firm, has expanded its production capacity by setting up its second manufacturing facility on the outskirts of the city to meet the surging demand for air pollution control (APC) equipment from large and medium industries. Maini Precision Products acquires Austria's Mec.com: Bangalore based Maini Precision Products (MPP) recently completed the acquisition of Austria based Mec.com and its subsidiary Precis metal based in Zilina, Slovakia through Maini Precision Products Holding in Spain for an undisclosed price. Mec.com manufactures mechanical components at its unit in Kindberg, Austria. 20th August 2007.

Dynamatic Technologies signs MOU with Europe based Spirit Aerosystems: The Company announced that it has signed an MOU with Spirit Aerosystems (Europe) Ltd, the European division of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. the world's largest supplier of commercial airplane assemblies and components on December 03, 2007 at Bangalore. The MOU between the Company and Spirit Europe covers a significant complex metallic precision assembly for Airbus Single Aisle (A320 family) aircraft. The assembly by the Company marks a major step towards further development of the parties' strategic partnership. Udayant Malboutra, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company commented "we are delighted to have started collaboration with Spirit for production of exacting aerostructures for Airbus. This, on top of our prior learning's from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) is a major win for the Indian Aerospace industry". Manufacturing is due to commence in the third quarter of 2008 at the Company's facility at Peenya, Bangalore with full production rates being targeted for 2010. The Company will become the single source strategic partner for these components.
